Vacancies from companies that run their own hiring software

Almost every hiring system a company uses is rented: Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and the rest each host thousands of employers, so reading one of them puts thousands of career pages in the catalogue at once. Some companies do the opposite — they install the software on their own server, on their own domain, and answer to nobody’s directory. There is no list of them anywhere. Until now their vacancies were simply outside our reach.

We now read those portals too. The first batch is 251 vacancies from nine employers running OpenCATS, an open-source hiring system: security work at G4S, telecom and network engineering at Indovision Services, development roles at Crewlogix and Boomit, retail positions at Gorgany, and a few smaller employers besides. You can see them all under this filter.

These postings behave like every other vacancy here: they are searchable, they carry the same AI enrichment, and they close when the employer takes them down. Several of these companies do not appear on any job board at all — their own careers page was the only place their openings existed.
