The board drags again, and gains a list

Cards on the tracking board could not be dragged. The whole card was covered by an invisible click target so that tapping anywhere would open the application, and the drag library refuses to start a drag that begins on something clickable. The only spot that still worked was the thin row of badges at the bottom, which nobody would think to grab.

The card no longer carries anything to click. It drags from anywhere on it, and clicking it opens the application — which is where every action now lives:

• Rehearse a mock interview, at any stage rather than only once a call is booked.
• Follow up when an employer has gone quiet.
• Analyze the fit against your CV.
• Tailor CV for that specific role.

They were crowded onto the card before, competing for room with the badges. In the open application there is space for all four, and the card is free to be a card.

A list, and a search

Not everything reads well as four columns. There is now a List tab beside Board and Pipeline: one row per application, newest activity first, with the stage editable in place. Both views share one search box — type a company or a role and everything narrows as you go. Word order does not matter, so “go senior” finds your Senior Go Engineer application.

Applications outlive their postings

When a job is removed from the catalogue, your application to it stays on your board. Its stage could not be changed, though — moving the card silently snapped it back. That is fixed: those applications can be moved, edited and linked to like any other. They keep the employer and role they were made to, and the actions that genuinely need the original posting are simply absent rather than broken.
