Management and Program Analyst

About the Position: The Incumbent will serve as the Management and Program Analyst responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the contract compliance program and surveillance systems for support of agency contracts.

Develop guidance and templates to support representatives in executing contractual requirements.

Review acquisition documents to ensure compliance with government policies and industry best practices.

Prepare contractual and procurement documents to meet a broad range of acquisition requirements.

Analyze contractual data to identify trends and recommend improvements to operating procedures.

Monitor contract surveillance systems to ensure compliance with performance metrics.

Evaluate supporting documentation to correct deficiencies and provide interpretive guidance.

Brief management on findings and recommendations to facilitate understanding and acceptance.

Participate in inspection programs to assess the effectiveness of contract management processes.
