Serves as the primary subject matter expert and advisor on General Funding matters to the Logistics Operations senior leaders

Consolidates complex multi-year funding requests from subordinate organizations into a balanced agency document

Projects and analyzes the impact of funding and spend actions, identifies requirements shortfalls, and proposes alternative funding methods

Oversees funding and spend for J3 funding programs and contracts, developing spend plans based on estimates, historical data, and workload

Continuously monitors obligations, expenditures, and fund utilization through various analyses and direct engagement, ensuring proper administrative and statutory controls
