Management and Program Analyst

Joining the Secret Service, Office of Field Operations, Los Angeles Field Office will allow you to conduct studies of program operations by analyzing data, developing report and communication strategies, identifying program inefficiencies and provide recommendations to program improvement to stakeholders. The selectee will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Field Operations, Los Angeles Field Office. Typical work assignments include: Analyzing data generated from agency systems and organizing the information in the form of data dashboards, comprehensive reports, briefs, or presentations that inform managers of a solution or recommendation. Addressing systemic issues that impact the operations of the line program operations assigned to working groups and tasks forces. Utilizing software to independently organize, analyze and present data using formulas, codes, or other established data analysis techniques. Providing technical guidance and interpretations that gauge whether organizational operations are in accordance with foundational documents.
