The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as senior expert program manager responsible for planning, organizing, and determining necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedure for Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN) operations implementation and execution of the DoD Expeditionary Civilian (DoD-EC) program. As Senior expert program manager, is responsible for policy, project formulation, analysis, strategic planning and utilization of AF D0D-ED forces. Documents planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet Air Force and Major Command requirements. Actively participates in DoD-EC strategic planning and policy development to improve organization direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. Provides management advisory services on AF and Joint systems ensuring the efficient/effective deployment of AF civilian forces in support of Air Force and Joint requirements.
